Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with DR. AAKASH KALE HOMOEOPATHY AND RESEARCH PVT LTD. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we offer the following return and refund policy.

1. Returns

• Eligibility: You may return items within 24 hrs of receipt.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and with tags still attached. once you return any order which is COD then next time we can't provide COD for your any future orders.  
• Non-returnable Items: Certain products like liquid medicines cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 15 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
